Sound Familiar? Here Is What Happens When Running Injuries Do Not Get Addressed the Right Way.
You Were Told to Just Stop Running
Rest is not a plan. If stopping training were enough to fix the problem, it would have worked already. Runners need a provider who understands that keeping you moving is part of the solution.
The Same Injury Keeps Coming Back
You feel good, ramp up mileage, and then it flares up again. This cycle does not end until someone identifies what is actually driving the breakdown and addresses it directly.
You Are Not Going to Hit Your Race Goal Like This
Half marathons and marathons do not wait. If you are managing an injury through every training block, you are not building — you are surviving. That is not how you get to the start line ready.
This Is Running PT That Actually Gets Running
The clinic combines physical therapy, strength and conditioning credentials (CSCS), and RRCA Certified Run Coach expertise to build programs that are running rehabilitation from the ground up, not generic PT adapted for runners.

Frequently Asked Questions
These are the questions runners ask us most before their first call.
Almost never. The goal is to keep you running while we address the underlying issue, modifying load and intensity where needed. Complete rest is rarely the right answer for a runner with a goal on the calendar, and we do not default to it unless the situation genuinely requires it.
Both. The clinic holds an RRCA Certified Run Coach credential in addition to licensed physical therapy and CSCS certifications. A custom running program is built alongside your rehabilitation plan, so you are getting coaching and PT at the same time, not one or the other.
That is the most common thing we hear. Runners who come in have often been through a round of traditional PT, tried rest, and watched the problem come right back. We focus on finding what is actually driving the injury, not just managing symptoms and building the capacity to handle training load over the long term.
The clinic's providers run competitively and understand how runners think, what runners need, and why telling someone to just stop is not a real answer. Sessions are one-on-one, programs are individualized, and running analysis is part of the assessment from the start. That combination is not what you find at a high-volume clinic.
We are cash-based. We do not bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA are accepted. We can provide a superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though we cannot make guarantees about what your specific plan will cover.
