Our Services
Orthopedic Rehab
While you might think of this as your typical reason for seeing a physical therapist, we are not your typical physical therapy practice. Our licensed physical therapists conduct 1-on-1 sessions with each client throughout their rehabilitation process, be it after surgery or to address an injury, pain or movement limitation they are experiencing.
We work through our three-step approach with you, understanding and addressing your unique issues, concerns and goals. Through manual, hands on, treatment and therapeutic exercise, we provide a personal, specialized rehabilitation experience. We will keep you moving as much as possible throughout your recovery process, through modifications where needed, and give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to get you back to your active lifestyle and keep you there!
Return to Sport Rehab
The hard truth about health care insurance is that it doesn’t always allow enough time for an athlete to reach the level they require in order to handle the demands of their sport. The return to sport program’s main objective is to bridge the gap between physical therapy and sport by providing a sport specific program tailored to the demands an athlete will face in competition.
The program focuses on:
Strength
Speed & Agility
Power/Explosiveness
Acceleration/Deceleration
Multidirectional/Change of Direction Movements
Core Strength
Rotator Cuff Endurance
Sport Specific Movements
Wellness Program
Your injury may be healed, but you might want continued assistance maintaining or improving upon your level of activity, or you may have a recurring issue that does not require manual therapy. We’re here for you with other options to maintain and improve your active lifestyle!
We offer physical therapy membership packages that allow you to check-in with your therapist on a monthly basis, massage, and remote strength training programming to keep you moving and improving.
Injuries We Commonly Treat
When it comes to rehabbing athletes & active people, it's impossible to be an expert in one particular body part without being an expert in the others. Athletic activities require your entire body to work as a whole, so sports therapists must have expertise in all body parts. For that reason, we successfully treat a variety or injuries/conditions.
Shoulder Pain (rotator cuff/labrum issues, pitching injuries, shoulder sprains, etc)
Knee Pain (sprains, tendinitis, etc)
Elbow Pain
Back Pain
Neck Pain
Muscle Strains (calf, hamstring, groin, etc)
Ankle Sprains / Pain
Achilles Tendinitis
Hip Pain
Plantar Fasciitis
