What services does Trident Physical Therapy offer?
We offer three core service areas: Performance Physical Therapy for active adults dealing with orthopedic and sport injuries, Running Performance PT for runners training toward race goals or recovering from recurring injuries, and Golf Performance PT for golfers who want to stay on the course without managing constant setbacks. All three are delivered one-on-one, entirely customized to you.
Do you take insurance?
We are a cash-based practice. Every session is one-on-one and focused entirely on you, no billing delays, no visit limits, no one-size-fits-all plans. We accept HSA and FSA. We can also provide a superbill upon request if you want to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance provider.
How is this different from traditional PT?
In most traditional PT settings, you are one patient in a full schedule, handed off to a tech, given a standard exercise sheet, and moved along. At Trident, every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist from start to finish. Your program is built around your sport, your history, and your actual goals, not a generic protocol.
How do I get started?
Start with a free discovery call. We will talk through what you are dealing with, what your goals are, and what has not worked in the past. From there, we schedule a comprehensive one-on-one evaluation and build a program around you from day one.
Can I keep training while working with you?
In most cases, yes. We build your program around your training, not as a replacement for it. The goal is to keep you moving, address what is driving the problem, and build your capacity so you can handle the demands of your sport long-term. We will tell you honestly if something needs to change but telling you to stop is rarely the answer.
