Our goal is to determine the source of your pain
We assess your mobility, strength, and overall function in depth to get to the source of your pain and symptoms. We will discuss your goals and then establish a plan of care unique to you. We consistently perform thorough evaluations to better maximize your recovery and prevent future injuries.
02 Manual Therapy
To relieve acute and chronic pain
An important aspect of our well rounded care is hands-on therapy. We use superficial and deep pressure, or mobilization, to create change in soft tissue and joint mobility. The purpose is to produce increased blood flow to the area to promote the body's natural ability to heal, improve range of motion and to decrease muscle tension.
03 Cupping Therapy
Improves recovery
Cupping Therapy uses vacuum suction to decompress connective tissue as opposed to compress. It is very beneficial when paired with movement, which lubricates connective tissue, or fascia, and increases range of motion. Cupping also increases body temperature in the area the cup is located, this restarts and encourages the body’s natural healing process. Cupping can be very valuable in promoting healing and providing increased mobility for your body.

Training for a marathon? We got your back! We’ll assess your running mechanics, on top of any mobility/stability deficits, to determine how we can optimize your mechanics and keep you healthy throughout your race prep. We’ll create a customized strength & mobility program for you leading up to your race so that you can perform your best the day of.
