Why don't you take insurance?
Cash-based care means every session is one-on-one and focused entirely on you, not split between multiple patients or limited by what insurance approves. Most people who come to us have tried the insurance route and did not get the results they were looking for. We go further, and the model makes that possible. HSA and FSA are accepted, and we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
Will you tell me to stop running?
No. Our goal is to keep you moving and build you up so you can handle the training you actually want to do. We design programming around your running, not just around avoiding pain. In most cases, we modify your load and keep you going, we do not default to rest and hope for the best.
