Why don't you take insurance?

Cash-based care means every session is one-on-one and focused entirely on you, not split between multiple patients or limited by what insurance approves. Most people who come to us have tried the insurance route and did not get the results they were looking for. We go further, and the model makes that possible. HSA and FSA are accepted, and we can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.

Will you tell me to stop running?

No. Our goal is to keep you moving and build you up so you can handle the training you actually want to do. We design programming around your running, not just around avoiding pain. In most cases, we modify your load and keep you going, we do not default to rest and hope for the best.

How is this different from PT I've tried before?

Most people who find us have been through PT before and did not get enough from it. They were put on a table, handed generic exercises, and sent home without really understanding why the injury kept coming back. Here, every session is one-on-one, every program is built around your sport and your body, and education is built into the process from day one.

What does the process actually look like?

Can I still train while I'm in PT?

In most cases, yes. We build programs that train alongside your recovery, not against it. The goal is not just to get you out of pain, it is to build you up so the injury does not come back when training volume increases again. We will be honest with you about what is realistic for your timeline.
